Bug Fixing and MZ3D


First thing: one bug in my patch was fixed and one in QSprite itself was patched over for MV.

The bug on my patch would make some events go to the "Default" pose (that is, "error") when put on the map without setting their initial direction. That is fixed.

The bug on QSprite makes it so if an event is selected through a position that, on the usual character sheets, would be anything but the first column of sprites, would be rendered invisible on the map. 

As I said, I made my compatibility patch also patch this issue in MV.

The reason I keep mentioning that it is patched in MV is because, after finding a version of QPlus and QSprite that (with some small fixes) works in MZ, I tested and my fix for QSprite's problem did not work. Everything else seems to work jut fine though.

So I am adding some things that would be needed for it to work on MZ in a .zip file.
